Once set, limits can be lowered immediately but increases take 7 days to take effect — giving you time to reconsider. Cap the total amount you can lose within a set period. When your loss limit is reached, phlogo will automatically suspend further wagering until the limit period resets. Like deposit limits, reductions take effect immediately while increases require a 7-day cooling period.
Set a maximum session duration — phlogo will display a reminder popup when your time is up, showing how long you've been playing and your net session result. You can also enable periodic reality checks every 30, 60, or 90 minutes during any active session.
Take a short break from phlogo without permanently closing your account. Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days are available. During a cooling-off period your account is suspended for gambling activity but you can still access support and your transaction history.
If you feel you need a longer break — or need to stop entirely — phlogo's self-exclusion tool allows you to close your account for a minimum of 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once active, phlogo will not send you any promotional communications and your account cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.
Every phlogo player has full access to their complete transaction and betting history. The spend tracker summarizes your net gambling result over any custom date range — a clear, honest picture of your real gaming finances with no spin.
